How are you making your people feel important? Does your team know that you value them? How are you recognizing their efforts? Do your customers know how much you appreciate their business?
Everyone craves recognition for a job well done. Everyone responds positively to a sincere, heart felt “thank you” or “great job!” But it really must be sincere and heart felt. People can tell when you are just going through the motions, but you can’t fake sincerity.
